Countries With Animal Cruelty Laws Several countries around the world have laws against animal cruelty. These countries include Australia, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, and the United States. In these countries, imprisonment and fines are issued. Other countries have laws against animal cruelty however do not enforce them for example Egypt. Yet, in other countries like Mexico and China they do not have any laws outlawing animal cruelty, however they are slowly being implemented. All countries should enforce very strict laws against animal cruelty.
